Don’t respond with rudeness
Everybody has bad days, and the driver just might be having one. If you respond with rudeness, you will only fuel that anger and make matters even worse. Don’t mind their rudeness; you can choose to stay quiet, or respond with kindness.
Even if it’s been a bad day for the driver, or he was just reacting to circumstances, rudeness should never be tolerated. Contact us right away and let us know what happened. This will ensure that we will take the necessary disciplinary action for his behaviour.

The quickest way to amend a booking is by calling us or email us.
You can cancel a booking free of charge if your driver has not been allocated to you yet. If a driver is been allocated to you, we accept free cancellation if you cancel 4 hours prior to the booking.
